How We Work with Integrators
Step 1: Submit Work Orders
You can submit your work orders to TechLink’s Project Managers by either email, through our SIMPL portal, or by using our API.
Step 2: Project Management
TechLink’s Project Managers will review all of your work orders, requirements, and locations and then select the best-matched technicians for dispatch.
Step 3: Install and Verify
The technicians will receive the work orders on their MOBI app and complete the installs. You can then verify the completed work on MOBI or SIMPL.
