Mike Mudd

Founder, and CEO

Mike founded Broad Sky Networks in 2004, an early innovator in wireless broadband connectivity. Early success prompted Mike and Carl Gittings to co-found TechLink Services in 2008. This was followed in 2010 by another new venture Stand on Liquid, a dealer, and manufacturer of stand-up paddle boards. Both Broad Sky and Stand on Liquid have recently been acquired. Mike readily admits to now being a serial entrepreneur as well as an early investor in start-ups in the thriving Tech Community in Bend, Oregon. Surfing, snowboarding and his family keep him occupied when he’s not busy taking care of TechLink’s clients.


David Edwards


David has spent his entire career in the small to medium-sized business environment, primarily in the Tech Industry, both in the United Kingdom and in the USA, his adopted home. He joined TechLink as its CFO in 2016 and in 2018 accepted the role of President to assist the C Team with the continuing growth of the company. David’s approach to business is establishing an environment that causes everyone to succeed. Removing obstacles is part of what he does best. He states that his greatest achievement is bringing up four kids in the Pacific Northwest, and currently resides in Bend, Oregon.

Ron Zippi

EVP Business Development

Ron has been at the forefront of TechLink’s business development since he joined the company 8 years ago. He started his career in the national deployment arena in the late nineties as a project manager. Ron’s career continued through operations management and general manager positions, culminating with his current position. Ron is dedicated to building strategic long-term partnerships based on TechLink’s quality services, integrity, and superior service delivery. Together with his family, you can find Ron riding, fishing, and hiking in the dunes or at the many lakes and rivers Southern Oregon has to offer.

Teresa Crocker

Vice President, Client Services

Working at our Asheville location for over 8 years, Teresa brings strong project management skills to our operations group. Working in the telecommunication industry for many years, she has a successful history of operations management, Customer Service, voice over IP (VoIP) execution, strategic planning, and business development. She describes herself as very organized and detailed, and a self- motivated individual who loves to achieve goals. Her pride and joy are two beautiful daughters, and she loves music, water skiing, and her pets.

Kimberly Sebby

Vice President, Client Services

Kimberly has been with TechLink Services since 2014. Her first role was as a Project Coordinator and since, she has worked her way up to VP of Client Services. Working with a variety of clients nationwide and leading her team members across three different time zones is a challenge she loves taking on every day! A graduate of the University of Nebraska, she brings seven years background in national dispatching, software installation, and tech support. She enjoys cooking/baking, reading, and spending time with her husband and  three young children doing anything that’s outdoors.

Jay Taber

Vice President, Sales Engineering

Jay has spent over 15 years in the Pro Audio/Video industry, specializing in educational, government, houses of worship and corporate environments. Jay joined the TechLink team in 2013 and spent the first 4 years as a project manager. He is now heading up the Sales Engineering group to assist outside sales on all facets of the technology involved and from one-off installations to large nationwide rollouts. Jay enjoys everything Central Oregon outdoors offers, has a 23-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son, and professes to be the only person in Bend that doesn’t own a dog!

Andrew Archer

Vice President, Business Development

Andrew was promoted to his new position in our business development team in October 2020. In his words, he “started at the bottom” and during his 6 year, tenure at TechLink has grown tremendously culminating with a move to his current role. His experience in operations laid solid groundwork for understanding what it takes to bring new customers on board from start to finish while providing the best service possible. Andrew is a proud Idahoan and loves to spend time outdoors with his wife and 2 daughters. He also confesses that If he could do one thing all day every day of the week, it would be golf!

Harrison Stone

Vice President, Implementations and Logistics

Harrison has been with TechLink since November of 2018 has and had  4 years of experience in the industry in both field services and project management, prior to joing our team. Harrison graduated from The University of Kansas (Rock Chalk, Jayhawk!) with his master’s degree in Public Administration. He hopes to be able to collaborate on his passions of technology and government with the growth of Smart City initiatives. Harrison and his team handle the onboarding of new clients and new business opportunities to help flush out process improvements for scale and efficiency. He has two very energetic dogs and can be found enjoying quality time with his wife when not in the office.

Ross Wordhouse

Director, Marketing

Ross joined the TechLink marketing team in April of 2021 and brought over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience. From launching international Snowboard brands to marketing enterprise B2B SaaS applications, his marketing knowledge will help strengthen TechLink’s position as the industry’s premier installation network. When not overseeing marketing plans or building marketing assets, you can find Ross tinkering with new inventions or riding scooters with his wife.
