Project Request
The client was wanting the ability to automatically update their menu boards across all their nationally located restaurants. They began a program to replace static menu boards with digital boards so they could push updates regarding new products, promotions, and pricing.

The Solution
TechLink began the rollout by providing a team to vet and train technicians through our proprietary interactive portal. TechLink project management teams dispatched hundreds of technicians that removed static equipment and installed mounts and Digital Menu Boards. TechLink managed the installation of cat6 data cables and media players, commission and bringing sites online. TechLink managed the installation of new electrical circuits and hardwired power to the menu boards; at the same time, installing necessary outlets. The project progressed to digital conversions of drive-thru equipment. TechLink provided and managed teams of technicians and electricians to install power and data to outdoor menu boards. TechLink teams built and erected outdoor enclosures and installed flat-screen monitors in the enclosures.
The Results
TechLink’s client now has fully automated digital signage indoor and outdoor menu boards. The client can now update menu changes and advertising through a software push from their HQ location saving countless dollars to franchisee owners in labor costs and downtime.
