Warehouse Supervisor

Creates, coordinates and reports on client/technician cabling orders and logistic updates on hardware shipped for TechLink Services work orders. Works with project management team in assistance of overall client goals with such examples as: profitability, client satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and service level agreements of the project team.

Works under the general supervision of the Vice President of Operational Logistics. Will receive client-specific training of technology application. Will also receive company-specific training on the software application of our proprietary order input and tracking tool(s).


  1. Receive and catalog inventory shipped to the warehouse from various clients.
  2. Create and maintain a warehouse labeling scheme that can be referenced by all departments in the organization.
  3. Fulfill orders of client-provided hardware from internal order tickets.
  4. Create and ship cable orders or other hardware orders to our nationwide field service technicians and clients.
  5. Receiving new orders via telephone or email and being able to execute their delivery in a timely manner
  6. Updating clients, technicians, or other customers with order changes or updates.
  7. Following up with field service technicians to complete orders when necessary.
  8. Daily communication on the phone and email with clients, technicians, and TechLink Services staff.
  9. Quality standards accountability as determined by TechLink Services.
  10. Document all necessary ticket information and updates.
  11. Processing completed orders for billing through our proprietary billing portal.

  3. Attend training sessions and meetings as needed.
  4. Maintain a professional image in the TechLink Services organization.
  5. Learn new skills and technologies, as assigned.


Education and Experience

  1. Customer Service experience
  2. Client-facing soft skills
  3. Consistent exposure to Microsoft Office suite
  4. Familiarity with warehouse and logistics software
  5. Associate’s degree

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Considerable experience of difficult or stressful customer service situations.
  2. Ability to multi-task various tasks from multiple clients with varying priority levels throughout the day.
  3. Ability to adapt to client and organization needs to better balance organizational workflow.
  4. Ability to lift 75 pounds on a consistent basis.
  5. Ability to use labor saving devices such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
  6. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (longer than 2 hours).
  7. Ability to work on the phone and resolve conflict as it may arise.


  1. Subject to working some weekend and evening hours for on-call shifts.
  2. Subject to carrying company provided laptop.
