Jay began his career in the Pro A/V industry in 1997, designing and installing systems for houses of worship, corporate spaces, and large venues. His path led him to Phoenix, where he specialized in courtroom integration technology before ultimately settling in Bend, Oregon, and joining TechLink in 2013.

With a strong background in engineering and field operations, Jay now supports business development, helping bridge technical insights with client needs to deliver smooth, scalable deployments.

When he’s not solving complex project challenges, Jay makes the most of winter, usually by chasing fresh snow and taking laps on the mountain.
