Throughout her 30-year career, Joanna has held leadership roles across public accounting, technology, construction, real estate, and business ownership. Before joining TechLink, she worked as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche, held accounting leadership positions in the high-tech sector, and successfully owned and operated her own tax and accounting practice for 15 years.
At TechLink, Joanna focuses on strengthening financial operations through process improvement, compliance, and reporting best practices. Colleagues appreciate her ability to translate complex financial concepts into practical insights and her commitment to helping teams work more effectively.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, and exploring historical and archaeological sites. She’s also a passionate college sports fan, an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy, and loves spending time with her husband and two adult children, especially somewhere warm and sunny.
