Her leadership as COO is grounded in firsthand experience. She’s worked directly with clients nationwide, supported complex deployments, and led teams through growth, change, and large-scale coordination.

Outside of work, Kimberly keeps life full and active with her husband and three young children. She loves cooking and baking, finds joy in a good book, and is happiest when she’s outdoors with her family, whether it’s exploring, relaxing, or just soaking up fresh air together.
